Work Parties & 'Have a Go's'

SWAC requires tremendous support from its members to keep it one of the best clubs in the south central area. Please don't leave it for the same group of people to keep it looking at its best. We are all volunteers who love our club and want to maintain its exceptional standards.

Main requirements

Field: Target:

Mending bosses, tidying club hut, chopping wood, pasting & replacing targets, course layout, monitoring 3Ds, putting up signs, painting pegs, mowing lawn, marshalling and helping with catering at open comps etc
Marking out shooting area, putting out stands and bosses, numbering targets, marshalling events, catering, putting away equipment, arrow finding etc

Have-A-Goes

Below you will find dates of what work parties are going on and where.
Please try to help out at least three times this year - YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!!!

May:	Sunday 2nd	Field	Bluebell Shoot - helpers needed
	Saturday 15th	Target	Set-up for Salisbury Fita - Britford Lane 5-8pm - 10 members needed
		Target	Salisbury FITA - need at least 12 members to help with specific tasks at different times throughout the day (7am to 6pm)

June:	Saturday 5th	HAG	Amesbury Carnival Saturday June 5th. Set up am. then all afternoon
	Saturday 19th	HAG	Steeple Langford Village Fete

July:	Weekend: 10 & 11th	HAG	Salisbury Show - (plus Friday set-up)
	Saturday 17th	HAG	St Nicholas Primary School fete - Porton
	Sunday 18th	HAG	Fighledean Village Fete
	Saturday 31st	Target	Set-up for Salisbury Double FITA - Britford Lane 5-8pm - 10 members needed

August:	Sunday 1st	Target	Salisbury Double FITA 70 - need at least 12 members to help with specific tasks at different times throughout the day (7am to 6pm)

September:	Sunday 5th	Field	Autumn Open - helpers needed

October:	Sunday 24th	Target	Sarum Double Clout - helpers needed at Britford Lane from 8am - 6pm - 8 members needed

November:

December:	Sunday 26th	Field	Boxing Day shoot - helpers needed
